A series of portraits depicting the leaders of a religion in this sci-fi world I'm fleshing out. Through mediation and focus the Church harnesses and controls an ancient energy which powers the world's technology. Their eyes are ceremoniously covered by rock, as they can use their other worldly senses to experience their surroundings. These leaders have achieved a level of control over this energy in which they can manipulate physical manifestations to their will.
